Photographed over the years of 1996 to 1999, the “Chop Suey Club” documents a period of time in the life of teenage wrestler Peter Johnson. And Peter Johnson is gorgeous, in many ways, on many levels. Period. Interspersed among the 206 color and black and white images is text written by the likes of: Walt Whitman, Robert Frost, T. E. Lawrence, and Bruce Springsteen. The paper used in the book is a heavy thick matt stock making the images appear even more classical. The jacketed hardcover book being offered is in FINE condition, and measures 1 ½ x 6 ¾ x 8 ¾ inches. A favorite Weber collectible, loaded with images, which run deep, and provide much beauty.
